Utah Home
Come see it all, the lakes and streams,
The national parks like sunlight gleam.
Granite towers with mountain flowers,
Wasatch peaks pure beauty speak.
Uintas high where eagles fly,
Trails stretch wide, and deer bounce by,
And the green hills of Utah
Are still calling me back home.

The U of U and B Y U
Fight hard each year to win a few
Church choirs and Temple spires
Thousands come to hear and view.

Old Moab speaks to bikes and jeeps.
Slick rocks provide a tipping floor.
And the brown hills of Utah
Are still calling me back home.

And her waters are a treasure.
Flaming Gorge helps with our leisure.
Liquid eyes shine wide at Lake Powell.
Bear Lake can lift us too.

Ski at Alta; ski at Brighton,
Park City and at Snowbird.
And the white hills of Utah
Are still calling me back home.

The Canyon Lands and Arches too
With every turn provide a view
Bryce so red and Zion too
Have trails to hike and lodges too.

Then S U U makes Shakespeare fun.
Their national fame draws everyone.
And the red hills of Utah
Are still calling me back home.
From urban life and rural green
Students work as on a team
Teachers skilled and coaches too
Year by year help all renew
The Utah gift of wealth from work.
Yes, how they work; it's not just mirth.

And the gold hills of Utah
Are still calling me back home.
And the Red hills of Utah
Are still calling me back home.
