Writing Your Own Lyrics

If you create your own lyrics,
here are suggestions. Yes, only suggestions.

Use eight syllable lines.
Here is an eight syllable line:
Pa Paw, Pa Paw, Pa Paw, Pa Paw.

Throw in some rhyme.
If a verse has four lines,
rhyme lines 1 and 2,
then a new rhyme for lines 3 and 4.

While we suggest eight syllable lines,
it is ONLY A SUGGESTION.
Lines can be longer or shorter.
It's just good to follow a consistent pattern.

Create about five or six verses, four lines per verse.
That's plenty.

Also create a chorus
which will be repeated after every verse
or after every two verses.  You decide.
